Hello here goes another puzzle for you ...
A,B,C are sitting in a row .
A can see B - But B cant see A
B can see C - But C cant see B
C Can't see A as well
There are 3 white caps , 2 black caps .
I have given caps randomly for all 3 without choosing the cap color .
A cant see his own cap color - But he can see B 's Cap
B Cant see his cap color - But he can see C's CAP
( Non of them talk )
C cant see his own Cap and he cant even see A's CAP
== What would be C's Cap colour and can C know what is his own cap colour ?
If yes how ?

C can find by himself if cap is white....
ReplyDeleteBelow is the explanation
- When we ask A about the cap he had by seeing B and C and if he cant guess then, others should have a white/Black or white/white as black/black results in white for A
- Then we ask B about the cap he had by seeing C and if C had black, then B would have guessed that he had white. Since C had white, he cannot guess.
- So C can confirm he had white cap
hey .. I gt confused by seeing your solution.. The three ppl cant talk ... How can you say A has white cap??
ReplyDeletethe condition should be they should not talk about other's cap colors
ReplyDeletei feel the question is incomplete some where...recollect properly
