Deepavali is a festival where people from all age groups participate. They give expression to their happiness by lighting earthen 'diyas' , decorating the houses, bursting firecrackers and inviting near and dear ones . The lighting of lamps is a way of paying obeisance to god for attainment of health, wealth, knowledge and peace.


On Diwali night, little clay lamps are lit in homes. It is through the light that the beauty of this world is revealed or experienced. Most civilizations of the world recognize the importance of light as a gift of God. It has always been a symbol of whatever is positive in our world of experience.


Darkness represents ignorance, and light is a metaphor for knowledge. Therefore, lighting a lamp symbolizes the destruction, through knowledge, of all negative forces.

Competition is stiff, and even the little girl in silk frocks ,lil champs and all hot cutes finery are watching out for the best sparklers and flowerpots, the rockets and Vishnuchakras, which light-up the night sky like a thousand stars. Grown-ups are the soul of generosity. Festive bonhomie abounds.

Its been looongg.. since I have written something in my blog.. I have been busy with many things.. and there are many updates tooo.. We are back to India from singapore... its already more than 6 months we have been in India too... India is busy country than singapore and so I am .... :)


soooo... planning to strt my blog again with many world matters and all about my little kiddooo too...
hope will do so if I wont get busy again.....

సంస్కృత భాష గొప్పతనం

 Palindrome విషయంలో అంగ్లేయులు 'Able Was I Ere I saw Elba' అనే వాక్యాన్ని గొప్పగా చెప్పుకుంటారు. ఈ వాక్యం ఎటునుంచి చదివినా ఒకే లాగే ఉంటుంది. దీని అర్థం 'ఎల్బాని చూసే మునుపు వరకు నేను సమర్ధుడిగనె ఉన్నానూ' అని. Elba అనేది ఒక వ్యక్థి పేరు. Ere అంటె మునుపు అనే అర్థం ఉంది.ఇది 17వ శతాబ్దం నాటి వాక్యమని చెబుతుంటారు. ఇదే గొప్పనుకుంటే 14వ శతాబ్దంలొనే దైవజ్ఞ్యసూర్య    పండితుడు  అనే ఆయన రామకృష్ణవిలోమ  కావ్యం రచించాడు. ఈ కావ్యం లో మొత్తం రమారమి 40 శ్లోకాలు ఉన్నయట.
మొదటి నుంచి చివరకు చదివితె రామాయణం, చివరి నుంచి మొదటికి చదివితె భారతం అవుతాయట.విడ్డూరంగా లేదూ ! మచుక్కు ఈ శ్లోకం చూడండి.

                   'తాం భూసుతా ముక్తి ముదారహాసం
                    వందేయతో లవ్య భవం దయాశ్రీ '
ఇదే వెనకనుంచి మొదటికి చూస్తె

                        ' శ్రీయాదవం భవ్యలతోయ దేవం
                         సంహారదాముక్తి ముతా సుభూతాం '
అవుతుంది

మొదటి శ్లోకం లో 'భూసుతా' అంటూ సీత ను గురించి , రెండవ దాంట్లో 'శ్రీయాదవం' అంటూ కృష్ణుని గురించి ప్రస్తావిస్తునట్లు అర్థమవుతూనే ఉంది. ఇక అర్థాల్లోకి వేలితే, 'దరహాసం చిందించే లవుని ప్రేమించే దయగల లక్ష్మి ఇన సీత ను నమస్కరించుచున్నాను ' అని మొదటి రెండు పదాల అర్థం. రెండవ దానికి , 'మంగళప్రదమైన ఆకర్షణ గలవాడైన కృష్ణుని గీత బోధ చెడును సమ్హరిస్తూ ప్రానప్రదమైనదని ' అర్థం.
ఎంతటి విన్యాసమో చూడండి.. ఇలా మొత్తం కావ్యం సాగుతున్దన్నమాట !!!

స్థూలంగా చూసిన , సూక్ష్మంగా చూసిన సంస్కృత భాష ప్రపంచ భాషలన్నిటి లోకి ఉన్నతమైనదని, భాషవేతల మాట ముక్త కంఠం తో పలకగలిగే నగ్నసత్యం.

కందగతి లో సాగే ఈ సంస్కృత పద బంధం చూడండి. ఎటునుంచి చదివినా ఒకేలాగా ఉంటుంది.
                           "సారస నయనాఘన జఘ
                            నారచిత రతార కలిక హర సార రసా
                            సార రసారహ కలికర
                            తారత చిరనాఘ జనఘ నాయనసరసా "
దీనిని నంది-ఘంటకవులు రాశారు. ఛందస్సు తప్పకుండా, ప్రాసలు పాటిస్తూ  సాగిన ఇటువంటి పదబంధాలను Palindrome అనే సరదా మాటతో పిలవగలమా !

ఇటువంటి భాషను , అటువంటి సాహితీ మూర్తులను చూస్తే ఎంతటివారికైనా సాష్టాంగ ప్రణామం చేయాలనిపిస్తుంది. ఏది ఏమైనా సంస్కృత భాష నాడిగా గల భారతీయతను పుణికి పుచుకున్న భారతీయులుగా మనమంతా ఎంతో గర్వపడాలి.

నా మాట :  సంస్కృత భాష గొప్పతనాన్ని చెప్తూ ఆంగ్ల భాష ఉపయోగించటం ఇష్టం లేక అంతా ఇలా తెలుగు లోనే రాసాను . ఎక్కడైనా అచ్చు  తప్పులు దొర్లితే క్షమించమని మనవి.

There are 3 white caps , 2 black caps .
I have given caps randomly for all 3 without choosing the cap color .
A cant see his own cap color - But he can see B 's Cap
B Cant see his cap color - But he can see C's CAP
( Non of them talk )
C cant see his own Cap and he cant even see A's CAP


== What would be C's Cap colour and can C know what is his own cap colour ?

1- You are given two candles of equal size, which can burn 1 hour each(60 Minutes). You have to measure 90 minutes with these candles. (There is no scale or clock). Also u r given a lighter.

How would you measure 90 minutes???

2-  x^y = y^x and x!=y 
(x to the power of y = y to the power of x and x is not equal to y)

what are the values of x and y and how many such values exits???

SONYBRAVIA 40EX600 and Our journey

One of the unexpected things in our India trip was Buying a Sony BraviaEX600 40 inch LCD (Edge LEd) TV for my vodina :) we got confrmation from them one week before our journey to India... we have only one weekend in our hand for shopping- we need to buy choclates, photo badges, and TV.
For Each , we need to go in different directions. :)
First we went for COURTS - the Biggest shopping mall where prices are bit reasonable compared to other malls in singapore.. COURTS alwaz have some promotion sales - Year End Sale, Mid Year Sale, Quarter Year Sale :) apart from these Festive Season Sales... and So..On.. 


For that reason , We couldnt get the model they have asked for - less stock more deals :D


After Many discussions on call we finally decided for Sony EX600 (fortunately this is the one they have in mind prior to other models)But but but..... Courts doesn't have stock and we need to go the Main branch of Courts Mall and even there also only one piece is left.
Gt to think fast and decide soon...
Finally went to main Mall after waiting for atleast 30 -45 min in Que for shuttle Bus to go to that mall .... We finished 2 water bottles water staning in Que - its tooo hot that day :(


We got the name of sales person over there whom we need to meet to have this deal done and take our TV Home - his name is MOUSE :) I coudn't resist laughing when Chaitanya spoke to him over phone saying - Is this  Mouse :) he ha...No ofence please. Evry body likes thier name.. infact I love my name. but still Its funny having such name :) and to our surprise the name suits the person very well.. he is thin, short and small - thought MOUSE is apt for him :)
we had our deal negotiations with MOUSE and finally purchased SONY BRAVIA EX600 LCD TV which is 40 inch wide :)

We carefully repacked it after checking at showroom and bought it to home..


Till now its one task and taking that to India .. baaaabre how... We Dont have International Warrenty .. Warrenty valid only in singapoor.. so any transit damage.. we need to bring that back to singapore again.. On the day of transit we manged the weight problem as chaitanya friend is also comming to India and he doesn't have any check in :) we checked In all our bagages.. :)
Landed in India - Chennai :)
It took one Hour to collect all our baggages again in Chennai Airport....
I was watching all the people for anyone having 40" TV and are they caught by customs people.. Unfortunately though ppl do have 40" TV's we are the first on whomw customs have their eye
and the tax is --- 12k (acc them the amount is less as we have bill , if we dont have bill we need to pay 30K).Poor chaitanya struggled hard for some time to reduse the amount but customs are very sincere this time.. no bypassing amount, pay amount take bill/reciet
Chaitanya finally impressed that our people are going as per norms - paid 12k and came out...

Next target- tying the TV on Car Carriage so that it reaches safe till our place...
thnx to KRISHNA - he managed to do it perfectly and very tightly :)
My Mom got two bedsheets and pillows for resting he TV on them - soft bed :)

Finally we were able to take Tv safely to Hyderabad :)
We tested it in our home , Picture clarity, Sound  and even wifi - No words - Its awesome - Thank God :)

Finally I am proud owner of Dell inspiron Mini 10V :)
As per initial plan it has to reach me somewhere in june end, but  some how managed to get it last Friday.
Dell has excellent online support for its products(we had 2.5 Hr call with Dell support Team ;)) and review for this mini 10v were quite impressing.

I can carry anywhere ,its feather weight :) There's thankfully little wasted space in the keyboard tray, with wide, flat keys going nearly edge-to-edge.Dell offers an industry-standard, one-year, parts-and-labor warranty with the system, which includes on-site service  - after what the company calls "remote diagnosis". Online support is accessible through a 24-7  phone line. 

Hope I have given you enough info which helps you go for dell mini if you need to purchase a net-book ;). BDW... సందట్లో సడేమియా types  - when we ordered Dell Mini Online. I bought Logitech Speakers here in Singapore Expo Mall.. They are so cute and perfectly compatible to this Net-book. As we say for human beings, We can even say same for  my net-book and speakers- They Are  Made For Each Other... :p

I am Vegetarian And I DO NOT EAT FISH

I am terrified to eat anything outside in this city...
Had enough experiences for this..


Incident 1: Go to Subway and order for Veg Sub - She asks : Can I put some Fish ...
(Is Fish a vegetarian - the I can say all chicken , crab every thing are veg even :(... ohh god)


Incident 2: Went to Cake World . Every time I usually have garlic bun, this time I couldn't get it, but have seen similar bun but no tag as to say what it is... I asked the waiter  - Is this vegetarian - She said: Yes, it is.. Its just has some tomato San. I couldn't get what is this tomato san, thought its a tomato curry types.. but still struggling to get wht it means actually - then another women who came to buy some cakes told be its kind of Fish... ooooooooooo... no words s imply left the bakery :p


Incident 3: It happened in Malaysia - KL . This is ultimate of above Incidents even.
We are very tired after viewing Batu caves. went up into the cave and returned. Its too hot and we are very much hungry. have seen a board vegetarian Restaurant near by .. Thought we are very lucky enough to see that... Went to that restaurant. Got some nice place near Fan , AC and I relaxed, while Chaitu went to get food tokens. The Menu goes like this to order - Veg Chicken, Veg Fish, Veg Mutton and so on...Wht..... Confused chaitu came to me asked what can I have... Veg chicken or Veg Fish .... 
What choice do I have other than leaving the restaurant....
I want to stand in center of City and Shout..... I am Vegetarian And I Do Not Take FISH

OMG !!!

sooo tired after doing 7 hrs continuous shopping with grannies - sad thing is I couldn't get anything for myself :( :(
Can't even prepare Dinner for the day, so had some fruits and suddenly I realized I ate 2 full apples.Apple was out of my food scope since child hood, but nw........
 U knw I am even eating pineapple, and it has become one of my favorite fruits, once up on a time I used to hate the smell even :P, but even now,I won't dare to eat pineapple in front of my brother... I used to curse him for eating that ...now he will take advantage of it ;)
mmmmm I am eating many fruits... cultivating good habits I guess.. right...???? ;)

Wondering wht's thz all about.. it's nothing... got bored of doing ofc wrk... so just peeped into my blog for refreshing.... :)

Technology vs Me

Technology ...... hmmm gets updated every day , every hour and may be even every minute... And me struggling to get in sinc with this giant monster......


Our lives are so tightly  tied up with technology that we can't even live without technology - u say I am wrong in stating so ??? Just switch off everything in your home. power- mobile - everything for at least one whole day and after that lets debate on that..:p - best example for this is Internet - Emails - Mobile ....


Today get a mobile with all options- Tomorrow you can see a mobile with much advanced technological options.. Your so called new mobile will be out dated in just one week.. (3g Apple iphone is no more new.. launching 4g from this April :D)Apart from these, e-mails and mobiles are the best communication devises. Off your mobile and don't check you mails for one day - you feel out of world... tht's the impact this technology has created on our lives...


All this has an impact on your work life if you are in IT side -sorry not much familiar with other stuff ;)- Every day get updated yourself with new technology to work on ... Are you good in Core java , they want you to learn Advanced concepts- if you are good in advanced technologies even market demands for new frameworks and other concepts like oracle , sql etc etc. Oh you knew them already then you also need to know tools to integrate different technologies. you manage to be good in all these.. they will be outdated, learn some new technology , willing to learn .NET?? If you are OK with change. simply knowing .Net is not enough many tech stuff linked up with .Net. get everything on your tips in couple of weeks time.. 


ohhh god..... where are you .... can I have a meeting with you .....

Why can't it be like this

Working for 5 days - Mon till Friday and having 2 day off. 

hmm - it's boring now - need something different- gt to think about it -
Why can't it be like this - 4 weekdays and 3 weekends - We being in IT need to innovative. 
Alwaz learn new things - explore new things and report to seniors before they ask ;)
Why can't we propose this Innovative Idea . Yah it can be 3:3 even but we will go step by step :p Anywaz manager don't have any time or day restriction. They have a wonderful facility - Work From home- They can have any no.of working days and weekdays they wish to have .so why can't we just add one day for our weekend.. 
will try to get more reasons which can be convincing for them to approve - 

did you get any reason - do tell me please.
Thinking whether I have gone mad??? hmm May be even that will happen if I continue the present situation for more days :D get ready for remedy precautions please.

ఐ బాబొఇ కదా ఇది !!! స్వర్గమేమో కదా ఇది!!!

I wonder  - Is this me who posted all these - 14 Posts . I couldn't imagine myself doing so...

I started a blog just like that -  time pass types ;)

So many have their own Blogs, why can't I try this...

but slowly it grabbed all my interest - 

Initially I used to struggle a lot for topics to write - Now, I still have lot more to put in my blog

I feel this is a nice platform where I speak out from heart what ever I have in my mind - what I experienced - what I felt (present - past - future)

I wonder seeing myself today ... 

I am not a coward like before - not a shy girl any more - never stay calm as I do prior

I am not what I was in the past 

I have changed a lot(physically & mentally). I know and I believe that change is Good - I have Improved a lot  

I just stopped nodding my head saying YES for every goddamn thing I hear from people. I stopped worrying for small things that happen in LIFE. I learned to LIVE . I learned to lead a HAPPY LIFE

I stopped doing many stupid things I used to do - 

- staying calm thinking what others would think if I say something  (what ever others think , you just say what you feel. taking it or not is up to them, when they don't consider your opinion why the hell they tell you all their stories - your people will alwaz consider your opinions and thoughts)

- Doing things for sake of others - to make them happy leaving yours behind (Live as you wish , you are not born slave- If you like doing it Do it , Don't force yourselves doing all stupid things and put yourself in trouble)

- Doing things with fear of loosing our people, our friends  (if ppl leave you or avoid you for not doing things according  to their wish - they are not worth to be your people -  they are not worth having you as friend. You lead your own life and let them lead their own life - Your people will never force you doing things unless it is good for you  - you can offer a helping hand if they have a problem but you can't be their weapon to solve their problems and later cluttering all problems on your head)

Fortunately  I have learned all these.Who can be the best teachers in your life are the past experiences. From My Experiences I started learning people, I started learning LIFE

- Not everyone who talks nicely to us are our people

- Not everyone who say that they are our friends are not really ours - they just need you when they need help, they just take advantage of your weak points (what all I have mentioned above)

- Not every one are trustworthy

- Not every incident that gives you pain is a bad incident - It has something good stored for future

Learn and Explore the LIFE. Don't develop negative feelings on anything - it may be an incident in life or a person in your life - You can learn something from each and every small thing that happens around you - if it's good Learn to do it - If it's bad learn to avoid it - As simple as that. As  you are learning from bad - you should be thankful for them as they helped you learn good in the way they can ;)Cultivate positive attitude towards everything and be good to all believing yourselves and your strengths.Learn from your past and choose your path.

I Hate Them....

No pleasant sleep since 2 weeks,

suddenly wake up at midnight- struggle for long time to doze off again, 

worried and tensed even before going to BED. 

wait..wait... don't strt with your guess work- 
Bed Bugs are irritating me daily night, disturbing my nights sleep :(
It's been weeks I had a nice sleep :( 

r u coming up with your ideas to eradicate these bedbugs - 
please go though what all I have done and then you gve ideas if it's not in the list 

- cleaned the entire house and washed it all with warm water and dettol along with floor cleaning agent

- washed all bedsheets, pillow covers in hot water - even rinsed them for long time in hot water

- spayed bedbugs spray in all rooms at all corners for all beds 

- sprayed bedbug spray even for sofas in halls at their corners

- cleaned all wardrobes , dressing table before spraying

- removed the bed from cot and washed entire bed with cloth soaked in hot water

even after doing all this stuff , yesterday again 2 bedbugs came and bite me:( donno still how many yet to come :( - I wonder they are biting only me , Chaitanya is not at all effected with these stupid bugs. Why they love me so much that they need only my blood , I think it's so sweet as I am ;) 
I heard strange things about these bugs. If we kill them and leave them with that blood on floor , it will lead to birth of more bugs.. it seems they will come from their blood .. Does bedbugs ancestors are from faction family that they can even come from the blood of those which are killed :( 
But its not so funny when it comes to exp:( I am really sooo fed up with these bugs that i don't want to sleep in nights for the fear they may come and bite me.. :(gggrrrrhhhh oohhhh GOD... please save me from these BUGS 


Finally we are having pest control agents to our home this weekend - Lets hope for the best and pray I would be free from these stupid, idiotic,harassing bugs at least now .....

Typical Day ......

 it's long weekend, Friday is already gone with house cleaning !!!

Saturday is half finished as I woke up at 11:30AM in the  morning :) (night slept @ 2:45AM after watching Sri Krishna paandaveeyam movie)  checked mails - small chit chat with friends online - 

it's already 01:00PM (haa why time runs so fast on weekends :()gt to prepare some food for lunch (din't even had break fast ;)) chaitu gt fed up with just single items lunch these days so todays menu - potato fry -mango daal - rasam -he ha... unfortunately tastes are good and I prepared a delicious lunch :) but @ 4:00PM :)  had lunch at 4:00PM (think we can say it's evening). lazily (aaramse) sa in sofa and watched TV for about an hour- it's so boring in home- why can't we go out- went for EXPO - Sale. Roamed all around in EXPO Halls - ate every stupid thing I found on way (waffle - subs in subway - sweet corn and at last even chapathi) - mari sale ki vellaka emi konakunda ela velthamu adi maa vamsam lone ledu kada.. got a set of Logitech Speakers for me:) Finally reached home at 10:00 PMin the night. not so hungry as we ate all stupid things - started on phone conversations with in-laws and my mom-dad.It's 12:00AM in the night. slow ga malli aakali modalu :p . intlo emi levu amma pamppin chakralu tappa.. 
chaitu : chakraluemi tintaamu - upma chesukundamu 
So started to prepare upma @12:30 AM midnight :D
aa time lo chesukune dish spl ga undali kada.. so baga ullipayalu - pappulu - kotimera- karvepaku vesi super ga prepare chesukuni - vedi vedi upma meeda neyyi vesukuni karappodi lo nanchukuntuuu tinnamu.. (@ 1:00 AM )upma okkate tinte elaga , jeelakarra- karvepaku - uppu vesina majjiga chesukuni (naakanna chaitu baga prepare chesthaaru majjiga :p) aa majjiga kooda taagesi ... appudu ika kaburlu cheppukuni anni sardukune sariki it 2:30 AM :)
hmm....... now it's time to say - GUD NIGHT - sweet Dreams :)

Morning Madness

hmmm....
its like hell -- Why should only I wake up so early in the Morning (it's 7'O clock.. actually speaking not so early ;) ). Roam all around the house thinking whether to sleep at-least for 5 more minutes (5 Min will definitely last for another half hr at-least :)) why these offices start at 9 in morning , why cant they start @ 11 and shut down at 6 as usual- hmm why can't they give me work from home facility permanently :D Every day night I think of waking up early and do meditation .. But Morning.... same old story continues daily ... 


Finally set my mood to le go myself into work@home.. Have milk- prepare breakfast and got ready for office.. Prepare box for me and chaitanya . ha ha he is on diet. Eating only chapathi's in afternoon .. poor chaitu :(  Have break fast with chaitu discussing news over TV channels (tv9,sakshi,tv5, recently ABN Andhrajyothi also ;) ) 
all Done... its time to go to ofc and do all stupid work I have to do ...
